I'm soon to buy a cam, but which company should I go with? I know that the MTI, Thunder, & some Comps have the faster ramps - but does it really matter? I'm most likely going to go with whoever is cheapest at the time.
To put it another way, if I buy a cam with all of the same specs, which would produce more power? (Probably doesn't matter, but I want to make sure)
Thanks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Although the specs may be similar, or identical, cams from different companies will make different power curves. It is all in the ramp and overlap where a engines effeicency is decided, if you take out a number of other factors. I would run comp cams stuff, but I have had nothing but good luck with the peices I have used of theirs. Hope that helps.
