I took my car up to test and tune at gateway tonight for my first time and got a best time of 12.8 at 109

after i put on all these parts will my car be drivable with out a tune?

probably not. most cams require a tune for best street/strip performance.

That totally up to you, but you should be able to drive it to a tuner if it's not very far, just be light on the throttle and keep the rpm down.

will an 85mm maf give me any better performance if i have a stock ported TB?

an also does octane booster do anything? a buddy of mine said it doesnt do anything
