Have you done headers yet? If not I would reccommend it. As well as a good cold air intake. These things need to breathe. I would do push rods as well.

Depending on which heads you go with you will also need pushrods. Do you have all the proper tools to do the swap?

TSP or EPS should be able to give you a cam that should meet your goals. I have got a cam from each and both make great power.

you can get springs ,push rods, timing chain, and gaskets from TSP.get a mail order tune from frost if you don't want to spend $300+ on a dyno tune.do you have access to hp tuners?.whats your budget ?can you afford a TSP head/cam combo ?there are cams that can make 425 hp cam only swap.I like the EPS cam route, they make good power with a little less duration.

right now my budget looks like no more then 4k over the course of three or so months, the exhaust is a must and will happen before the f body gathering. there is a local guy arounf here that will charge 450 to dyno tune but if i come back after i add more bolt ons he will only charge me dyno time
