copper sealant for head gasket

copper sealant for head gasket what do yall guys think about putting copper sealant on the head/block/head gasket for it to seal better. ive been doing this for a while now on my old engines, but never really tried it on an ls1... is it worth doing??

I personally don't like copper spray. It's sticky like a glue. .You want the heads to be able to move on the block freely without shearing at the gasket when they contract and expand during operation.
I find high temp Aluminum header paint with ceramic works excellent as a sealer.
With composite gaskets I use nothing. But with the MLS embossed gaskets I give a light coat and even the head deck. It fills in the voids which is important if you don't have an extremly smooth surface and will handle the heat no problem.
