I already chimed in as an advocate of having a shop hot tank the heads but I also have a 5 gallons bucket of purple power degreaser. That stuff works wonders. If you soak the heads for like 10 minutes, most of the grease just dissolves off and a good amount of the rest comes off with the hose. Quick dry with the compressor and your done.

Sweet. Thanks for the responses guys. The heads showed up about 30 minutes ago via FedEx.
243's bought off eBay for 162 shipped. Had them listed as 07-09 GMC Sierra cylinder heads.
Never thought I'd find a deal like that! They have the very pronounced triangles as well. Came with the old head bolts, which I'll toss, and even the valve covers. Hell, the spark plugs are still installed, lol.
