Default question about springs with a TR224 cam

when i change my cam and get new springs, how long will they last before I have to change them again? why dont they last like the factory ones that can go 200,000+ miles?

oh it is on an A4, and go to the track about 2-3 times a year if any of that matters

With proper treatment (allowing them to warm before going over ~3500 rpms) most people say they should be able to go between 20,000-30,000.

.563 isn't too extreme... (btw I'm assuming you mean 918 springs...)

You are putting a bigger cam in.

If you want factory reliability stay factory.
