Irratic Idle

Irratic Idle I have a 98 Trans-am mostly stock except FTRA kit straight pipe exhaust and level 2 transmission. After installing my Transmission, when the car is warmed up it drives smooth except when i step and the brake the idle drops to about 500 RPM's and then almost dies before it catches and then idles fine.
I am a Soldier stationed in Germany and have no way of scanning codes. The SES light is on. I have O2 sims and not sure if its a Vacuum problem or electrical. I have checked the vacuum lines and PCV i cannot find any broken lines.
Any help will be appreciated...
