Gen4 5.3 with Siamese cylinders ( LH6, LC9) weighs about 15-16lbs more than gen3 aluminum such as LS1, 121 to 105 with my scale.
LSX block with 4.140 bore weighs 226lbs.
LQ4 about 211lbs.
