quiet ls1 cars

Default quiet ls1 cars
I think ls1 cars are the quietest cars. I have owned several cars and ls1's are whisper quiet. I sit in the car and cannot tell if the engine is running or not. If a ls1 car drives by, you hear nothing. They are undetectable. Why are they so quiet.

But all LS1's are NOT quiet...

i wish mine was quieter, because its kinda hard to not **** everyone off in your neighborhood with pacesetter lt's, 4inch ORY into Flowmaster single chambers. I might as well just run open headers!!!

Mine is by far not a quiet LS1, With long tubes and a loudmouth system it is obnoxiously loud. Stock? never heard one stock. My motor's operation itself is quiet, after that it's like all hell breaks loose. Like a 50 cal. machine gun through a loudspeaker....lol

Actually it does seem like Ls1s are usually quieter than other cars on the road that try to be loud lol. Maybe they are just more tastefully done.

Depends how its set up. Stock, then yeah its gonna be pretty quiet. Then ive also heard some that you can actually feel when they drive pass you. Im guessing it had true duals dumped cus it sounded ridiculously loud.

my vette is quiet and loud. mostly quiet when im on the street but i change out my axleback for track time

When i pull my car into the garage all the pictures in the house shake off the walls lol, longtubes/tsp duals w/ sweetthunders ,ms4 cam, stock they are quite but alot of stock cars are lol
