Default Is there any differance in a 99 & 2000 cranks

I need to know if there is any differance in a 99 and a 2000 stock crank ,.i brock a rod did not hert the crank but steal don't want to use it ,got a crank out of a 99 is the crank trigger plate the same they look a little differant the crank has the same casting number on them can a person change the ring on the back of the crank if he had to

GM lists the same crank for 98-02. 12559354. It includes the crank trigger exciter ring which is a N.S. part.

yes... an 99 is 1 year older than an 00 crank :p
