Initial upgrade from stock questions, HPtuners questions I have a 92 reg. cab short bed 4x4 with a 98 LS1 and tranny out of a firebird. This has been my personal project and Love it. I want to put a cam in it tom make it sound much healthier ... and run better. What would be recommended to upgrade along with cam, and what size cam? If a cam is changed what has to be changed along with it? After changing will there need to be a reprogramming done? If so, I have HP tuners program so can anyone help me on what needs to be done? I really like to learn how to use the HP tuners so any help on any of these questions would be great!
