Default Are these scratches normal? rebored block

The near the deck about one inch down, they dont catch at all on my nail but
i can see them.

They look like this on most of the cylinders.

Those could be from the machine shops dial bore gauge some time the ball on the gauge gets sharp and will leave a line like the one you see

The shop told me to take it back if I felt it was an issue, I dont know if I am just being to **** lol.

You got a good crosshatch pattern from the hone you will be fine. Like G Engines said its just a tool mark from the dial guage.

Look like marks from installing/removing and file fitting piston rings.

Ditto on both doesnt look like a big problem to me id run it but if you feel it needs to be checked for your on sake take it back to the shop they offered to check it anyways.

mine had marks like that from fitting the rings (in-between filing steps) and checking with the dial bore gauge. I'm planning to run it.
