243/799 with a small EPS cam mite make 400 rwhp ,with a fast intake and a good tuner.

With everything in my sig, I only made 440rwhp. So I'd say no.

As far a gas mileage goes... HAH! My WS6 is my DD and I'm lucky if I hit the double digits. That's using only 93 octane.

I say from having four sets of heads now,buy the best from the start. Get AFR or TFS heads,they cost a lil more but worth it for the performance gains.
