Yes those are the spec I was looking at on a 112 was looking for maybe more choppy like a lower lsa but not sure if it would effect anything ... I'm looking to get the most out of this motor but cam choice is hard plus my heads being milled 20 thousand

What size valves do you have? And where do you want your powerband at (rpm wise).

Look at the F13. I have a Torquer V.2 which is similar but wish the F13 was what I went with.

From similar cams I've run, it should be fine (cam degreed in properly), but you should measure to be sure.

IMO F14 too small for 427 and the El Toro as well. If you are interested in a trq monster 427 then 244/240 .621/.609 111-1 LSA

These are the specs to cut it:
Compcam lobes
intake lobe # 3018R (XFI)
Exhaust lobe # 3730R (XER)
111 LSA
112 ICL

These are the valve events at .050

0.050
244 intake/240 exhaust
111 LSA
112 ICL

10> IVO
54> IVC
50> EVO
10> EVC
110 ECL
20 Overlap

The advertised durations are 242/240 .621/.609 111-1 LSA
XFI will come out as 244 once cut but is advertised at 242.

that will be a nasty cam in a 427...a reverse split in that 427 will make crazy TQ and under curve power.
