When porting heads I personally don't think budget should come to mind. If you are going to do this, then do it properly. That being said, TSP has a full machining facility and has some nice looking port options for the price. If money is no issue then I would just send them to AI and say have fun.
DIY Hand porting which is really clean up work is budget, CNC can be inexpensive but again its generally not viewed to be that way.
Some needs to pay for the equipment, overhead, materials, and the work that went in making the program.
An alternative is to seek out used heads there are CNC and if the situation is a good one you can scoop up some nice used castings for quarters on the dollar.

Cheap porting basically stops you from having it really having them ported well later so you are wasting a set of castings.
Do it once do it right.
Equipment cost money to buy, money to maintain, money to operate, money to program, money for replacement tooling etc. If someplace is half the cost of another shouldn't it bet the question WHY? what corners are cut?
There are areas you can maybe cut some corners or buy "budget for now" heads is not a good place to do it though.

Options are the same, pricing is a bit less because we aren't paying for castings. Exact cost depends on which casting you want ported.
