Thx. No i dont mind hell get after it lol. The difference between this motor and my old head cam motoris night and day. So much more power and tq. Motor from tsp assembled and delivered ran me 8550.00. All other parts were about 11 grand more but well worth it.

I have to say nice. Performance engines are work of art and technology. I am going start a similar build myself out of a 6.0L block, the 408 diplacement intrigues me. Only subtle difference is that I bought a MS4 on a 112 and I am going to run some nitrous through it as well. What size injector are you running? It should be fun, good luck and enjoy.

I have been thinking abouy throwing a 200 shot on it but havent got the money yet. I think stroked is the best way to go. I would like to get into some forced induction though.

I'm waiting on my 408 from TSP. I didn't want to have to deal with selling my fast 102 to go with the ls3 style so I stayed cathedral. Went with the TEA TFS 235 and going to run n/a for a little while till I can save up for the gas.

Awesome. I'd love to pull the trigger on a 408 but im concerned about longevity over a GM crate LS3 (from any builder, really). Is that just in my head? I know LSX builders have a come a long way. What kind of nitrous hit can that motor handle? Also, are the Kooks TDS tips misaligned?

I know a couple people that have been running tsp stuff for years and havent had a problem. Ill prob just go with a 200 shot in the future and call it good and yes those tips are misaligned when i get some free time im gonna change that problem.

I told them build mine for a 300 but was told it can take up to a 500 and after that you have to be super spot on the tuning. Just depends on what you have them build it for.
