I also took the egr off the car and got code 405. Will this affect the running and make it do as described?

The PO121 is a pretty normal code to set with big, aftermarket cams.

The PO405 doesn't effect how the car runs in the least.

From your description, it sounds like the car needs tuning. My car had similar symptoms before I tuned it. MUCH better now.

My cam used to do that too before tuning. It went away after tuning though.

Im thinking about getting the same cam, but does anyone have good deals on mail order tunes with a fast turn around and what is the going rate for something like this? Thanx Chris

Definatly get it tuned. I was able to hear Jasons car at idle and it idled better with the trex than my untuned tr224 112.
