I would look for the same horsepower if not 5-10rwhp more and easily match that number in torque.
This thing is going to be a BLAST to drive on the street! You will actually have a little more PTV room with the 241 heads on the LQ4 than a LS1 would.
You could run 243's with that cam as it would have less compression and more clearance than a stock ls1 with stock heads.
This is based on a .052 gasket, piston .006 out of the hole, 64cc chambers, 4.00 bore and -6cc pistons. 4.030 bore would be 10.21 static compression which is still lower than a stock ls1.
