Lets play "what valve spring is this?" I broke a spring and need to replace it. I might go with dual springs but.... Can anyone tell me what this is.
Its in a cam only (MS3) car with 241 heads.

I would think the springs should somewhat match the cam. The OP stated it's got a cam, certainly the springs were installed to match it.
If he pulled out a few springs, an engine shop can measure them and he'll know what springs will match the cam.

Its not a beehive. It measures 1.26 outside diameter top and bottom. I talked to someone who knows about springs and he thinks maybe someone took a the middle spring out of a dual spring setup so they could run the stock seal. I think he may be right. Anyway Im looking for a kit now. Lunati any good?
