I'd have a 454ci SUPER STROKER in a heartbeat if there was just a little more deck height and a full proof way to get a 4.125"+ bore. 
Maybe Eagle knows something there not telling by making a 4.25" crank that needs "at least" 6.25" rods.
I just sent World Products a message asking about a tall deck/big bore block for the LS1 and what type of interest would need to be shown to get one made.
