Throttle bogging down, not idealing and TCS not staying on

Throttle bogging down, not idealing and TCS not staying on so i just finished getting one thing fixed here’s another few. my 01 trans am will not ideal correct, and if i let try to ideal it will just stall out. along with that every time i hit the gas it takes a second to activate along with where the pedal is. now my TCS light just stayed on after I’ve had the car running for a min or so.
infor on car just removed heads to replace gaskets, along with all other gaskets, I’m thinking the ideal might be because the intake manifold gasket, since i just removed the intake again to replace the oil press sending unit. also the driver side exhaust manifold flange isn’t sealing properly due to broken bolts.
