212 / 218 cam in 5.3 liter vortec (video inside) Here's an idle video of a 212 218 comp cam in a 5.3 silverado for anyone interested in putting a cam in an ls powered truck. It really drives nice. It's a bit high strung but the 3200 stall lets it light the tires at will from slow speeds. It sounds nasty in person.
