If its a little pop it might be normal, I started hearing a little pop from time to time in my Z once I started modding the exhaust. You'll have to look if you think you broke something, take off the valve covers to look for broken springs/rockers, do a leakdown to check for messed up valves.

not normal as it doesnt follow the lope. poppin in exhaust is un burnt fuel igniting so i guess ill look at springs- not push rod issue?

Is it an A4? I hear poping sounds when ever I gain some speed, let off the gas, then barely press down. It started to happen when I installed my exhaust.
