Should I throw some heads on or wait?
I was considering getting some PRC Stage 1.0 LS6 CNC Ported Heads from Texas speed. I was just trying to figure out how much this is going to cost. Can anyone throw a quick list together on what supporting mods I need. I am also planning on getting an Ls7 clutch since I am still on the stock clutch and 10 bolt. So I am trying to figure out which to do first. Any input would be helpful.

Unless you're clutch is having any issues, might as well get a much as possible out of it. I'd go with the heads, lifters, and trays just for piece of mind. Your injectors should be ok. IMO those heads are the best heads for the money.
I know when I had a very similar set up a few years ago TSP suggested i get PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L CNC Ported Heads, it works very well with a 228R cam, stock injectors were fine but if you have the cash why not.

Probably looking at a number closer to 25hp for the gain, realistically, unless you're wanting to mill. Trickflow or Mast heads are going to be the way to go if you want closer to 40hp. You're looking at a little more than double on the price though.
def get the heads. id wait for a bit though and go ahead and get a nice set and just do it once. small chambers and then as your setup changes pull em and have them cnc'd. injectors and heads are similar. you only want to do them once if you have too. thick decks provide quite a bit of insurance. if all you want is 410...then stick with the stg 1 for sure.
