Default 243 heads

i got a bran new set of ls6 243 heads off a guy fully assembled with sodium filled valves for 600 bucks bran new in the plastic with trick flow push rods also bran new in box , any ideas on what its worth?

Yeah that seems to be about the going rate for these heads right now. I can't see someone paying that much more for them.

used 243's go for 350-400 all day long so you got a pretty good deal since you don't have to spend any money getting them cleaned up or anything

Shoot I sold the exact same set without pushrods for $450 brand new...shoulda kept them for that price lol

Yep but at that price you could have a set of Cnc ported heads with dual spring and titanium retainers. I wouldent pay near that

True...

but the point is that the OP's heads were under-valued (or the other posters did not see that the OP said they were brand new).

That's about half what a set would cost, I purchased the same heads new in the box for $550 (Craig's list). That summit price is for a different set of heads (250cc runners)....stock is 210.
