Getting Heads Milled
Getting Heads Milled Ok well i have been doing a lot of asking areound and reading and ive been getting soo many different responses. I want to get my heads decked to run 11:1 compression because i would still like to run pump gas. i have the 341 casting ls1 head and I have the 224/228 581 581 112lsa cam with the 918's etc etc and my heads are touched up. Basically all the casting marks and the bump from the rocker stud hole is all gone and they are polished. I want the 11:1 and i was told that .020 would be the amount to mill off to achieve that. Suggenstions please any info would help out tremendously. thanks
