head removal help/ or price
I know everywhere is different but how much would it be to have them removed at a shop because a bolt is broke flush in the head from header install. Aldo how hard would it be to do it myself what are the steps in that? Thanks

If a bolt head is broken off in the head, when you take the rest of the bolts off it should just pull up and off the broken bolt as if it were a stud. the heads are not threaded, the block is. Now, the heads are threaded for the headers to bolt up if that's what you are talking about, but the headers are not threaded so once again should pull right off and then just pull the broken bolt out with some vise grips or whatever you choose to use.

oh, what you described was very vague, i was under the impression you just wanted to remove your heads and install new ones. sounds like you are going to have to get a small drill bit and drill a shallow hole in the end of the bolt that is broken off and then get a easy out and back it out

unfortunately I'd say pulling the head is the best option. Its really more time consuming than it is difficult. Basic hand tools required.
I've heard some people have used a right angle drill and had some success.
I pulled my heads because of the same reason, but put different heads back on. If you run the headers with a broken bolt or two the manifold gasket literally burns to pieces. Not Recommended.
Sorry about the bum luck.

Pull the head before further damage bro. I just had a broken exhaust stud removed in the head. Dont even get me started when an EZ out breaks off in the broken stud. I know lol. Machine shop removed for $20. U have to be careful because theres a water jacket behind then. Might as well upgrade a few things while there out... eh
