I had a buddy a few years ago who went from Ported LS6 to TFS 225s on his 6.0 in his C6 A4. He picked up 10rwhp peak. He said after the swap, the car felt much stronger down low and mid range, but top end, it felt the same.

Let us know your results.

Figure out how much more AVERAGE POWER it makes.

This is what really makes a car faster.

PM me a price on the 243's, how much power did they make?

Exactly my point in one of my previous posts.

Low lift and mid lift flow will be improved upon, top end won't change much....as you said your friend gained.....10-15rwhp.

It will gain a good bit of average power though as Fastfatboy pointed out for measurement.

Put it like this, he was 1/2 car faster with his TFS225 setup than his Ported LS6 set from a 60-120 roll...

Naturally aspirated, the engine can only suck in as much air as what fills the cylinder. You could have 350 cc runners and not make any more peak power.
