That will cover it. Its pretty well mannered but i do have a manual. at idle it has a steady medium lope thats not too defying but its definitely noticable. Very fun cam for autocross too believe it or not.

Depending the LSA and lobes used that cam is a stone's throw from the cam I'm running and it is very very streetable with a Yank 3600 stall and 3.42 gears even in a heavier car like mine.
It's probably as large as I would want to go on a car that could be daily driven though.
Paired with the extra compression of some 799/243 heads shaved .010" it is even more responsive down low than the previous cam I had which was a 230/224 reverse split marketed by Thunder Racing as a step up from the TR224 cam most people would consider a small cam today.
Mine is still running hard at my 6750rpm shift point, so if you don't want to rev I would look for it on a 112lsa with some advance ground in or maybe consider something more custom.

I purchased this cam over a year ago and just now getting ready for the install, i was thinking 3600 stall like said above, do you guys recommend changing too 3:42s or lowwer right away or will i be fine with my stock 3:23s?

It'll perform better with 3.73s. I almost bought this cam, but Martin@Tick talked me into the sns stage 3 (milder). Which doesn't give up as much under the curve power/torque as the 233/239, and peaks alittle higher as well..It was a no brainer after that conversation

I put down 450rwhp with this cam, mildly ported 317's, Fast 90/90, 1 3/4 Kooks, and slp loudmouth with a stock bottom end in my ss through a Mosier 12bolt and 4.10's. 6 speed of course. Made a couple 11.40 passes and wasn't allowed to try for lower without a cage.
It drove perfectly fine without any bucking. I didn't have a single problem out of it and retained great gas mileage.

A local boy around here installed the 233/239 in his car this past summer...with bolt ons his 02 Z28 6spd car did 349/360...very stout car. With the cam he did 403/364...picked up a nice amount of horsepower, but only 4 lbft of torque. Its still a more top end orientated cam even for being a midrange sized cam.

The 233/238 runs +2*advance, and with the LSA ranging 111-115, the IVC can range from about 49.5 with a 115lsa, to 45.5 with a 111lsa in a LS1. So if you want better low-end with this cam and have a M6 trans get it with the 111 0r 112lsa and/or advance to cam a coupe more degrees. You also really need to get the compression up to get the most out of it, especially if you have the 113-115lsa.
