Default cam selection for nitrous usage - gains, cost, install ?

I know the purpose of a cam and how it works but what would be a perfect cam for a stock 98 Z28 which will be nitrous injected. What are the power gains of one ? What about the installation can it be done by an amateur or should it be left to the pros ? How much and where to look for one ? What should go together with one ? Are they emissions friendly ?

Most people will tell you to find a cam that works well for you NA vs. finding a nitrous only cam and having poor NA numbers.

If you do a search around this section you will find TONS of threads about cam selection. That should get you started in the right direction.
