Like other said you would need to get the darts ported. My engine builder ported mine and did a valve job on my dart 225 pro 1's. The job he did for me was right at a grand but well worth it, car picked up 5mph after porting.

I think for the cost of the heads you are looking at, I would honestly just go to AI and let them get the bare Dart castings. The difference in cost between what you were quoted for as cast 205's and the AI Dart's is not that much.
