Default Are these "New" lifters

Wasn't sure if they came with wear and groves on the roller from the factory and wear on every single one

But if they do I'll bite the bullet and not get a refund for them

Alright was just making sure (I knew 100%)

Hopefully the member does the right thing and I won't drop names until we figure it out but he still stands behind them being new

They're certainly not new. The shiny spots on the flat sides are where they have been rubbed by the plastic lifter cups.
