Default 2000 ls1 conversion wiring

in the process of putting an ls into my 240sx. i need a little help with the wiring. all the information i can find says that there are 5 pink wires,
ign/inj bank 1 15A
ign/inj bank 2 15A
tranny sensors 15A
switched power to pcm 15A
and HO2/MAF 20A
then one orange, constant power to pcm 50A.

my question is, doesnt that amperage seem a bit high? 50A for ecu constant power? 15A to each bank of inj/ign?

can someone clarify this for me? thank you!
