0 oil pressure... NEED HELP FAST!!!!

Like others said, put a independent stand alone gauge on it. You need to verify you actually have zero pressure.
I don't see it being an O-ring issue or bearings. If the O-ring is pinched from the get go, low pressure would indicate so from the get go. The bearings too...have you ever seen straight up ZERO pressure from a bearing issue? Usually just very low.

There's a difference between no pressure and no volume. No volume will kill a motor in short order. No pressure but getting adequate volume and it should live.
OP, get a mechanical gauge on it before you do anything more. You can get em at the parts store for cheap. Run it between the hood & cowl and you'll be able to watch it going down the road w/o cutting holes to route it inside since it's purely temporary.

Any updates OP?
guess im unsure of what/how you did this, but to me it sounds like you may have messed up that opsu....or maybe your new opsu is a pos...
like others said, get a mechanical guage on there and verify it isnt the opsu or your gauge.
