Default rotating assemblies best bang for the buck

Hey guys I am looking to upgrade my bottom end and I don't who has the best bang for the buck for a ls1
Its going to be taking a H/C/I plus 100-150 shot
Any vendors or input will be great. Thank You Guys

More or less you pay for what you get. No need for a forged crankshaft. I'd spend the savings on a nice set of pistons and rods. Definitely go H-Beam rods and some flat top pistons with valve reliefs (more compression and valve clearance). I personally have JE pistons and scat rods for a nitrous motor. Other guys with more experience in short block building may want to chime in.

ok should I keep the stock gm crankshaft or get a new one since the motor has 80K miles on it. Id rather spend a few hundred more and have it reliable

also I have another ls1 im building and I want to run a turbo at around 15psi so I need a rotating assembly for that

No just have the jorunals polished and you should be set. No need to buy a new crank.

ok sweet and do you guys know a ruff estimate how it would be for a shop to change the pistons and arms. I will give him in the form of a short block.
