installing a new oil cooler tomorrow and i wanted to know what pressure an ls1 normally runs at so i can see if i end up loosing any pressure ( its a fair sized cooler, its the same one used on an army bushmaster ) i have an aerfolow oil cooler adaptor and it has ports for a oil pressure gauge and temp gauge so they are next on the list but just curious to find out so i have a comparison

First , let Me say that an oil cooler will not lower pressure at all unless You're leaking oil from the cooler or lines 2 n fro . You can and most likely will lose a little bit of over-all volume but nothing significant .
LS1 based and gen3/4 chevy v-8's with factory oil pumps in good working condition will run at 60+ cold and 40+ warmed up and wot warm 60 - 70 ibs.
