Default Cold engine start up Tick. LS1

Hey guys, ever since it has gotten cold I've noticed this more and more. When my engine is cold there is a noticeable tick coming from my engine bay. It will continue to tick until the temp gauge gets to the first mark and then it goes away. I changed my oil about 2 weeks ago, Mobil 1 10-30 with a new Mobil 1 oil filter. It definitely is RPM dependant and seems to be coming from my valvetrain. Is there some immediate danger here to really screwing up my engine? It doesn't last long but it bothers me. What measures should I take here?
Thanke guys.

Do not worry thats just normal ls1 cold piston slap. My car does that too and I have had no problems. Do not mess with it.

Lifter tick. My car did it off the showroom floor. I think these cars came with improperly setup valcetrains because after I did H\C and making sure everything was just right I didn' have the issue anymore.

Ok will do tonight or tomorrow. I'm at college right now and don't have my good audio camera with me. Yeah I've been contemplating the trunion valvetrain upgrade but I don't think I'll mess with it until I am ready to do some mods.

If you can, try to isolate it to a pair of lifters. It should be fairly easy to tell the general location the noise is coming from. Then you can pull a valve cover, take rockers and push rods off the suspected lifters and shoot some B12 chemtool cleaner down the push rod holes with the intent of shooting it through the lifters. This should clean out anything that may be clogging it up.

A video description (no, it's not me):

Yeah mine isn't that bad. It's just noticeable, not that loud. And it's only when the engine is cold.
