Question LS1 to LS6 PVC Conversion Questions Guru' Please Help

I will start by saying I am sorry this thread is so long but I want to make sure that I cover everything. First I purchased a New LS6 Valley pan from a member on here Some of the parts were missing due to it being in storage for a while. No problem with that he and I are working that out between the two of us. However I need som help trying to determine exactly what all is needed. I called a supplier that sales the kits but they want to screw me
( without using and KY ). I went to my local Dealership to purchase the items, they were no help determining what is needed. That is where you all fine gentelmen can help me out. I would like to find out the Chevrolet P/N's so that I can order them from the dealership. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Below is the list of items that I have found that are needed.

1.I have since found out that there are actually ( 2 ) style's of the LS6 intake old style/new style. From what I was able to determine the old stlyle does not have the P/N listed visably, also the bottom side of the PCV is open. The new style does have the P/N visable and the bottom of the PCV has small holes in it. Will both of them work the same?
2. LS6 PCV Tube U-style P/N 12594779
3. Valve Cover Plugs? P/N 12568011

Am I missing anything? I already have all new gaskets.

PVC is polyvinyl chloride(plastic pipe). PCV is positive crankcase ventilation. If you're upgrading the system, your money would be better spent on a dual catch can system. Sorry I can't help with the part numbers. Someone will chime in that can help.
