single row adjustable timing sets
single row adjustable timing sets I know this has probably been hammered to death but didn't have much luck with a search.
Is there anyone who makes a single row adjustable timing set with a torrington bearing, preferably with the adjustment on the cam gear? I've already got an LS2 chain so if I could just buy gears that would be a bonus.
Will consider double-row sets if I have to but I don't really want to deal with timing cover interference issues. I'll be running the ported LS6 pump from tsp.

edit: came across the cloyes hex-a-just sets, anyone using cloyes pn# 9-3158A?

Doesn't TSP have the Cloyes single row hex-adjust? Look through their catalog...they have a large selection of sets.i think the hex will take the slack out? Thats what i want. Or do u go to oversized gears? Someone enlighten me please.
I'm using the Cloyes. The chain is by IWIS. It is nice and tight when installed. And, you can set the cam timing. It's a nice set.
I've been hotrodding Chevys both small and big blocks for 35 years, and never used anything but Cloyes True Roller timing sets.
