Heads off to WCCH tommorow!
Heads off to WCCH tommorow! So I'm dropping my 317 heads off tommorow at West Coast Cylinder Heads tommorow to get a slight mill, cleaned up, spring install, etc..
My goal CR is 9.5:1
Just want to throw out the number to see If i missed anything at all
2004 ls6 block = 3.905 bore
stroke = 3.622 in
Eagle h beam rod = 6.125 in
piston comp height = 1.315 in
piston dome cc = -2cc (pistons are -2cc diamond pistons)
317 head cc = 72cc
ls9 head gasket thickness = .052 in
block deck height = 9.240 in
cylinders = 8
Head gasket bore = 4.100 in
Static compression should be 9.56:1
quench .041
So those are my goal numbers, So I guess Ill find out what CC my 317 heads are and get them to 72cc
