I'll get it worked out. Or I'll get me another daily. I've had this one for like 6 years.

If the T/A were ready to go, I'd just use it as my daily.

I was referring to suspension...MWC sells just about everything including a TA for the stock rear. Weight is an area I have ignored and it makes a tremendous difference in all around performance.

Oh, I know. I've started replacing everything in the car with tubular components.

The A-Arms up front are next. Then maybe a tubular K-member...

Speaking of tubular everything, I did get my torque arm and crossmember in last week. I'll be installing this week to get the car road worthy...

What is your plan for alignment? I was able to get everything transmission back within 0.1 deg. in my garage, but front suspension is a whole nother deal. That stuff is next to impossible to get close in the garage, at least with the methods I came up with.

Lookin' good though man glad to see you finally got her running.

I plan to get everything close in my garage... then take it to a shop and give them something like this for the front end:

-1.5 camber
4.5-5 caster (more on passenger side to account for the crown of the road)
0 toe

Dyno will be sometime in February. I just need to finalize with Geoff @ EPS.

Plum bob and a digital angle finder will be your friend

Sounds good. I run 0 toe, -1 camber (seems to be perfect for tire wear vs -1.5 imo) and 5 caster.

I've been slowly working on other things... like adding A/C back and getting the throttle bracket reinstalled and adjusted. Waiting for my brother to get some time off for work to help me with the transmission then I can get the car out on the road.

In the meantime, I've been collecting some other items to complete this phase of the car:

I need to get the brakes, the rest of the suspension, and the rearend done. I think that'll be late summer before I can tackle those... so won't be running any 1/4 times until the fall methinks.

But the car is to a place where I can enjoy on the street once I button up everything and get her tuned.

Your build is coming along great Jake. Get her running on the street so you can diagnosis any other small issues that may come up now rather than later after the whole build is done. Even though we don't plan for this type of stuff to happen, it always does lol. Sometimes error proofing and fine tuning takes a few months.

I'm stoked to see a video of it driving under it's own power.

Me too. Will get the trans in this weekend.

Also, I'm having to fab up something to run the stock MAF. Geoff didn't want to do a mail-order tune for the 100mm LS3 MAF. So, the FTP 104mm lid and 100mm MAF won't go on til it's on the dyno.

Also, my last thing came in to get the car going:

I'd put everything on as is, just don't plug it in. I had to run my car like that for almost 2 weeks because I didn't know my stock one kicked the bucket, but it idled and ran a lot better with it unplugged.
