Default howards cam?

hi guys first time poster here.looking to start buying parts for a 6.0 build was woundering if anyone used or herd anything about howards ls cams.

cam specs are

Cam Style:Hydraulic roller tappet

Basic Operating RPM Range:1,600-6,600

Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift:218

Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift:224

Duration at 050 inch Lift:218 int./224 exh.

Advertised Intake Duration:268

Advertised Exhaust Duration:274

Advertised Duration:268 int./274 exh.

Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio:0.604 in.

Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio:0.612 in.

Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio:0.604 int./0.612 exh.

Lobe Separation (degrees):113

Camshaft Gear Attachment:3-bolt

Computer-Controlled Compatible:No


motor will be well hopefully be a 370 with prc 2.5 5.3 heads

For a 370. I'd go a little bigger. I'd be lookin more in the range of 227-235. That's just my opinion. I'm sure others will chime in.
