Default Car will not start after cam and intake install. Help!

Well my car turns over great but will not start. When I turn the key to the on position both turn signal lights and the bright lights symbol come on very faint. When I turn the key off all the gauges flip over to the right and then back. Also I unscrewed the cap at the end of the fuel rail and a little air comes out but no fuel. Now before I did the following the car ran great. I painted the fuel rail but taped off everything important. When I disconnected the fuel rail after the car would not start fuel came gushing out. I also just put in a new cam, LSX intake, and TB. I called TR and they said it’s probably a ground problem. I checked the back of the head and the wires are connected there but I have no idea where else I could have come ungrounded. I have done several cam and intake swaps and never had a problem like this. I’m not saying I didn’t make a mistake this time but I just don’t know what it could be. Please help.
