What does low vacuum affect? What are some things that are affected by low vacuum? What are the pro's and Con's of a vacuum pump? and can you have to much vacuum?

not enough vacuum and your idle and low speed driveability can be ****. Also, if you dont ahve enough when you go WOT it can start pushing oil out of places. for example, you go WOT, the dipstick pushes out and now you have wonderful oil and vapors coating your engine bay.
if you really dont have enough vacuum, adding a pump can free up some HP
