Default Help Understanding What I am Getting

I am thinking about purchasing a C5 Z06. The car is setup for boost, but I would run it N/A for a while until I have the money for FI. A couple of people I know that know the car told me it was very slow, but what they claim doesn't match what the owner of the car says. The owner says it puts down 407rwhp and traps 119. I don't know who to trust. My question is what can I expect from this car performance-wise? Here is the mood list:
B&M ripper shifter
ACT twin disk
Tilton master cylinder
DTE diff brace
left hardened output shaft
Callies rods
Wiseco dished pistols (9.1:1)
ARP head studs
SLP oil pump
ECS blower cam
double roller timing chain
stock heads
dual valve springs
Hardened push rods
Vararam intake
American Racing 1 7/8 headers
B&B bullet exhaust

I see it being slower than stock, but your best bet is to drive it.

I have driven it, but I don't have anything to compare it too.

I guess i should see about Pboxing the car. I dont think the owner would be okay with that though.

I will definitely have to ask him that tomorrow some time. I am more worried about his power claims, which would set the tone for his car in either a beneficial or detrimental way.

does he have receipts for any of it? nearly everyone that does that many mods to their car keeps receipts of most of the big stuff for warranty purposes.. I know I would.

I'll ask that as well. Thanks for the help. I will relay the information given to me on here to aid in further deciphering whats what with the car.

yeah ask him which shop assembled his shortblock, you could always call that shop and tell them your buying the car and maybe they remember him if its recent....

If your gut is already telling you something then tread lightly
