Good **** Martin, glad I went with your specs..Thanks for all advice and help...
TJ is an extremely good tuner, there is a reason he tunes Dave's car. IMO the converter is fine. I always tell my non lock up auto customers they will be disappointed in their dyno numbers, it's just the nature of the beast. Take it to the track where stalled autos belong.

Those 99 heads are not the best. I gained 48rwhp / 21tq from 806 to Tsp 2.5 / 5.3's. I would do 42 lb injectors + heads.

48rwhp from the 5.3s is very nice. I also forget the 99s have smaller injectors than the 02s, so you probably are maxing them out and killing a good bit of power.

Yeah....heads and injectors are a sure thing. I'll swap convertes with a new rear in 2 yrs and see what happens hp/tq wise, Im not too concerned as my complete build is nowhere close to being finished...
It was stock 3 yrs ago and I didn't know **** about lsx....its been fun thus far.
But yeah......heads/injectors next spring......meanwhile, I'm gonna enjoy what I have. I'm still a newb in a sense when it comes to new things and learning all the time

All that matters is what you think and if you like it. As far as the dyno talk, just take that ****** to the track, run a mid 11 pass and **** what the dyno says or what anyone else has to say.

Larry, when you bring your car in for the head cam swap, we will run one run unlocked then another locked for ***** and giggles. The v.2 polluter 111lsa will sound even nastier!

WOW those SNS stage 3 cams really sound nasty with a loud exhaust!! I think my Magnaflow may be too quiet....electric cut-out oughta solve that problem!! And Martin, the nastier the better, I remember that hp # you said and I'd be happy if it's even close to that!!

Yours will not sound quite as beefy as his Tury, but it will chop harder than the TorqueMAX Stage 2. I don't think I have an idle clip of the LS2 Stage 3 TorqueMAX, but you can be the first!
