I'm probably about to be selling a 224r with a 112 lsa if you ain't already got something lined up and choose to go that route, I don't know about California smog but it does drive mostly like stock

Prolly somewhere around $250 unknown miles on it but its my car doing what it's supposed to be doing shoot me a pm if your interested and that may give me the gumption to start pulling it apart so I can actually complete my little short term build

You really don't want a single pattern cam like a 224/224 114lsa(-4* OL), you need a wide split like the Tick performance 218/230 117lsa(-10*OL) cam to use with the more restrictive manifolds and cats.
FYI, the 224/224 112lsa cam is to big (0* overlap), You need at least -4* overlap overlap; preferably more. Id also consider having the factory heads milled and ported or buy some SMOG legal performance heads like the AFR210s. With high flow heads you can go with less split like a 218/226, then you also can go with a narrower lsa like a 115 but still have -8* overlap.
