Knock & Tick ls1

Knock & Tick ls1 So i finally started up my 98 ss after 2 weeks of replacing the lifters with ls7 lifters. Now im getting a ticking noise which i believe to be a bad lifter, and a knocking noise that sounds like its coming from the bottom end. The oil pressure started at 40 and then suddenly dropped to 20 and then fluctuated in between 20 and 40. It got quieter after disengaging the clutch and putting the car in gear, Idk if that has any relevance because the car was idling for a little after that and i know that ls1's tend to make a lot of noise upon start up. just started her up again today and the knock and tick is lower. cn barely hear the knock and the tick is very very low even when you rev it up. and now my oil pressure is right where it should be... i dont understand whats happening lol
