Oil on plug - noobs don't enter
#21
Plug was getting oil on it and I lost a little power. If I ran it hard the plug would clear and it would run ok again for a few miles. Piston was loud when the engine was cold, then one day I heard a piece of it go into the exhaust. After that the engine was low on power. Biggest trouble was the tune was on the edge, car made great power but was too lean to start with and number 7 cylinder WILL fail before the others if you are running lean at WOT.

See that's why I can't see it being a broken ring land because the car still hauls major *** lol. At low RPM it does not misfire/lug, so I am really thinking that it is just sealant on the heads I guess. Do you guys just use Teflon tape on the threads of the rocker bolts or what?
