Default PTV clearance issues with this cam?

Stock bore ls1. Cam is 226/236 .578/.601 110lsa 110icl i dont think ptv will be an issue with stock height heads, but what about if i mill them .020 for more compression. And im sticking with the .051 head gaskets cuz i already have em

You posted because you are looking for an answer to an issue. But that answer is not on the net, it is in your motor.
I know we always look for the maximum benefit with the least amount of work input, but in this case, you install your heads (un-milled), measure PTV, and THEN based on those results you decide if you can mill and by how much to stay real safe.

Assuming its XER lobes, which it likely isn't but can't find a comp lobe that matches what your giving us, it should have .082 on the intake and .071 on the exhaust. Cutting the heads .020 would then put you at .062 and .051 respectively.

Always MEASURE P2V. Simple things like not degreeing in the cam properly will eat P2V up quick.
